Why we built it

Testing creative at volume used to mean stitching every hook against every b-roll against every CTA by hand: hours a week of repetitive editing before a single variant shipped. ClipSurge treats that as a permutation problem. You supply the clips, and the renderer combines them deterministically. No generative-video roulette and no guessing, just your real footage in every combination, captioned and brand-styled, ready to publish.

Who builds it

ClipSurge is built by Joel Rightler, an independent founder. It is shipped and supported directly, with no big team and no investor pressure, just a focused tool that does one job well. Feedback goes straight to the person building it.
